- Crown Chakra (963 Hz): Located at the top of the head, the highest point, the crown chakra governs with spiritual awakening, wisdom, and enlightenment. The frequency radiated from it links to higher consciousness through the pineal gland. Associated with the color violet, represents the highest frequency of visible light and is the closest to ultraviolet light.
- Third Eye Chakra (852 Hz): Right in the middle of the forehead where the pineal gland in the brain is, is the third eye chakra. This frequency activates the pineal gland to promote spiritual awareness, enhance intuition, access higher states of consciousness, and regulate circadian rhythm. The color is indigo, which plays a role in focus and enlightenment.
- Throat Chakra (741 Hz): Located near the vocal cords, the throat chakra’s frequency encourages freedom of speech and authenticity through communication. Clearing out any blockages to allow self-expression through speech and balance, it attunes to many forms of expression. Blue is it’s color, representing clarity and truth to our inner voice and values.

- Sacral Chakra (417 Hz): Located in the pelvic region is the sacral chakra. It is linked to the reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, and hips; inspiring creativity, intimate emotions, and relationships. It’s frequency allows the power to clear negative energies. It’s color orange is associated with self-expression, balance, playfulness and pleasure.
- Root Chakra (396 Hz): At the base of the spine is root chakra, primitively honing in our sense of survival, safety, as well as the need for stability. This frequency rids fears and governs grounding allowing for foundational growth in tandem with the earth and a dismissal of sabotaging behavior. Associated with the color red, which represents being rooted in courage and strength.
