Deanna Gutierrez, RVT, shares that she even goes the extra mile by visiting a chiropractor and massage therapist every 4-6 weeks and makes sure that she has open access to those services. She says she does this in order to make sure her daily #STR stretches are paying off. She also receives extra help in keeping her body safe and sound!

Here, we adventure to the channel of an Ultrasound Technologist by the name of Geselle.
